The Committee would like your assistance in its attempt to piece together the complete i | story about that money. pe It has come to the Committee’s attention that Agent kenneth Whitaker of the Miami, Florida, office met with Mr. Rebozo on-6r about June 18, 1973, in connection with the $100,100 in cash. It is the Committee's understanding that on or about June 18, 1973, Mr. Whitaker wrote a memorandum about his meeting with Mr, Rebozo and that in July 1973 Mr. Whitaker wrote you about this matter and attached his memorandum to the letter. The Committee would appre- ciate receiving a copy of that letter to you and a copy of the memorandum, In addition, the Committee has been told that Bureau agents have investigated Mr. Whitaker's dealings with Mr. Rebozo, We || woula appreciate the following help in regard to that investigation by the Bureau: (1).
