On March ll, 1952 Judte DIMOCK ordered the Govern-
ment to furnish the defendants a numbéred list of all books,
papers, documents and objects which had been presented to the
Grend Jury or were to be offered in evidence at the trial and
to designate portions of newspapers, magazines and periodicals
presented to the Grand Jury or to be offered in evidence at the
triel.
On March 12, 1952 Judge CONGER ordered the Govern-
ment to produce and make available to the defendants at least
twenty days before the date set for the trial all books, papers,
documents and objects which had been presented to the Grand
Jury or were to be offcred as: cevidenco in the trial.
