Special Agents of the FBI observeda group
who were identified as belonging to the CALC assembled
at the ANE Church, Washington, D.C. at 9:30 a.m.
on May 16 1972. The group numbered approximately 300 and
they passed outa news release that indicated the CALC had

war in Southeast Asia. It was also shown that the
group intended to remain in Washington at least three days |
and that individuals were present from as far away as Chicago.
