Since this was used for a main thoroughfare. He said
this is in a different gounty than is the location of
the tree mentioned by Mr. MILLER. He said it is about
20 miles from Olympia and about 50 miles from Centralia.
On instructions of ASAC BIBLER, the details of
the above were given to SA ROBERT H. WICK who is proceeding
to meet Mr. MILLER at the only bank in Tenino, located on
the main thoroughfare.
Mr. MILLER was going to meet him there and show
SA WICK the location of the snag.
ADDENDUM:
SA WICK advised by radio that he had gone to the
scene of the sighting of the "snag" and found that it
was an “illusion.”
He said the thing that caused the complainant to
call in was a piece of gray bark on a tree which SA WICK
personally inspected and positively identified as the thing
the complainant referred to as a snag.
