He ceme here from overseas in the suaner of 1968 and he retired after twenty years of service, I believe, in October of 1970. . His morals, character and habits wore certainly very good. To ny knowledgo he did not drink and was never in any sort of trouble. He was certainly mature and stable. XI knew nothing of any orgentzotionel' affiléations. He is in my opinion a loyal American and I would recommend him for a'position involving the security of our country. I know little of his qualifications for a job with the Federal Governzent but he was in Air Traffic Control hore and as far as I am concerned was a calm, quiet end solid sort of person. I would recommend hin for any Federal position for which he is trained or qualified. . ———_—, | b6 Per BOC a . ¥ b7C Per BOC I moved in here jn Beceapor of 1968. I heve never known of him to be in sny trouble, financially or with the law. He was certainly mature, stable and appeared to enjoy excellent health. I know nothing of his organizstional affiliations and the only associstes I would know of course were fellow Marines. Ho is in my opinion a loyal American. I would recommend hin for @ position considered critical fron the standpoint: of our national security. He was a clam, quiet. men.
