have filed with the U. S. Army to be reimbursed for property
damage sustained by you, as well as a personal injury sus-
tained by one of your employees, as a result of a search
conducted by elements of the Third Armored Cavalry Division
over your property during March of 1972.
As you are aware, this matter was brought to the
attention of. the U. S. Army at Fort Lewis, Washington, on
April 14, 1972, by a Special Agent of this office.
It is suggested that you might desire to contact
the Claims Officer, U. S. Army, Port Lewis, Washington, for
any additional information relative to this matter.
