Re Sacramento nitel to Seattle, 10/26/72,
Instant parachute shown to EARL COSSEY on November
1, 1972, and he definitely eliminated it as being one of the
parachutes given to Unsub on November 24, 1971. COSSEY
stated parachute shown to him did not have the required
markings on it and the canopy was orange. In addition, the
back pack did not have a place to attach a chest pack» as
did the one supplied to Unsub,
Seattle has disposed of instant parachute.
