He requested the Director's opinion whether there is any evidence to substantiate this charge and in addition, noted that the basis of these charges against Kaye apparently derived from a tract entitled "The Reds Are Back in Hollywood!!!" which is published by the Cinema Educational Guild, Inc., of Hollywood, California.
