DU BOIS testified for the defense in the trial of U.S. vs. TRACHTENBERG Et Al in U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, On that date Dr. DU BOIS during direct examination testified he has known defendant ALEXANDER LEO TRACHTENBERG since 1910 or 1911.
