The article reflected that Duke Ellington was one of the persons starring in the concert. The Nattonal Council of American-Soviet Friendship has been designated by .the-Attorney. General pursuant to Lzecutive Orier 10450. (100-146964-1301 page 17) Gn September 30, 1559, "The Hew Leeder, * a weekly magazine, contained an article captioned "Wo Red Songs For Hae" by Duke Ellington.
