Mr. Egan called from the Willard Hotel, where he ““™"

of Cleveland and now Director of Social Protection of the Federal
Security Agency and a Phil Broughton of the Federal Security
Aryency who is supposed to be an expert on venereal diseases.

equipment of the police departments throughout the country.
