Its investigative activities are not limited by Stete boundary lines, A Special Agent in Cherge has cherge of each of its respective offices shich covers ea definite geographic erea. As occesion requires, the number of employees assigned to each office veries with the amount of work to te perforred. For instance, if the number of cases in the territory covered by the vecksonville, Florids, Cffice is com reraetively few, while the number of cases covercd by the New York Office is unusually lerge, employees may be shifted from Jecksonville to the New York Cffice, or from Portlend to Philedelphie, or from New Orlesns to San Frencisco, as the occasion demends. This is, of course, a distinct adventege, and permits thorough and prompt ettention to be given every case referred to the
