However, after research was made into the current volume of mail of this type being received, it was found that only about four such commm1i- cations per week are being submitted. The Streamlining Committee felt that little time was being spent in processing this mail because of the small volume received and, therefore, the process of changing the necessary manuals would not warrant adoption at this time. A sample of the form used to transmit material for the albums is attached FD-432a!.
