His parents both reside at Hoboken as do his wite and children. He attended four years of high school plus one year of business school and was married February 4, 1939 at Jersey City, New verses i . ALLEGED SELECTIVE SERVICE VIOLATION ON, Wad dt feu ug eiaee =" ty Yarch of 1944 Walter Winchell rurnished an anonymous letter which alleged that $40,000 had been paid by Sinatra to secure a 4-F Selective Service Classification. As a result of this, the Bureau inguired into tne Selective Service status of Sinatra and it was definitely ascertained tnat these allegations were untrue and that Sinatra was properly rejected for military service because of an ear ailment, The psychiatrist who examined Sinatra also coneluded that inasmuch as.Sinatra surfered from psychoneurosis, he was not acceptable material from a psychiatric viewpoint. Durine this Selective Service investigation, it was also ascertained that Sinatra had an arrest record. IDENTIFICATION itECORD The files. of tne Identilication Division disclosed the following under FBI Number 3794610: Frank Sinatra was arrested by the Snerirf's Orfice, Hackensack, New Jersey, on November 26, 1938 on a charge of seduction. The records of the Second Criminal Judicia}” pistrict of the County of Bergen, Hac 4 ersey, reflect that Sinatra was charged on November 26, 1933 (ye “** having bls sexual intercourse with her under the promise of marriage. She ther alleged that mplaint was withdrawn on December 7, 1938™inasmich as as in fact married. Thereafter, on December 21, 1938 charged Sinatra with acultery and the case was remanded was returned on January 17, iy3y on the adultery charge. The abo she was single. to the Grand Jury. The files of the Identification Division also reflect that Sinatra was fingerprinted on October 7, 1943 by the War Department as a member of the USO Camp Shows, Inc. and that on January 30, 1947 he was printed by the Sheritf's Office, Los Angeles, California, in connection with an ayplication for a gun permit. There is attached hereto a copy of the identification record, FRI #3794610, together with a@ photograph taken by the Sheriit's Office, Hackensack, New Jersey, of Frank Sinatra.
