I 3. in addition to bullet holes in the front bedroom that were produced by bullets passing through the front bedroom from shots fired in the living room, there were three shot patterns on the north wall of the front bedroom, six bullet holes in the east wall of the front bedroom, three bullet holes through the east well of the closet in the front bedroom and five bullet holes in a dresser in the front bedroom. A. Two shot patterns in the north wall of the front bedroom were produced by one or more shotguns firing shotshells loaded with Number 7 l/2 or 8 shot. These patterns were 47" and 56" from the northwest corer of the Eront bsdrom and 42" and 31" from the floor vespective1y.- The trajectory of thee shots established that they were fired from the hallway throgh the open door to the front bedroom. Pieces of lead shot were recovered from both holes. B. The third shot pattern on the north wall of the front bedroom was produced by a shotgun
iring e shotshell loaded with 00 Buck.~ It was establishd that the trajectory of the shot producing this pattern led from the doorway between the kitchen and dining room to a point in the east wall of the dining room near the northeast corner, 14 l/4" from the ceiling, passing through the wall into and through the plasterboard portion of the closet above the closet entrance opening, to the north wall of the Eront bedroom. The pattern on the north wall of the front bedroom was 80 1/2' above the floor level. Pieces of lead shot were recovered. C. Six bullet holes in the east well of the front bedroom were produced by shots fired from the hallway through the open door to the front bedroom. Five caliber .45 Auto bullets wre recovered from behind these holes. These were identified as having been fired from the sameweapon. The trajectories
