advised that no latent prints of value were developed on the.
envelope or the Zenith tape cassette. - The Laboratory has advised
characteristics observed in comparing handprinting on the envelope
indicates it may have been prepared by writer or writers of hand-
printing on previous Manila envelope addressed to KPFA Radio
Station. The Laboratory has also advised that voice spectrograms
of female speaker in second cassette reveal numerous similarities
to female voice in cassette tape received at KPFA Radio Station.
An analysis of voice spectrograms of male speaker in second
cassette reveals numerous similarities to voice of first male in
previous cassette and they are in all probability the same speaker.
