The second female carried a hand gun similar to .. that carried by the female who first accosted BENENSON. One individual started forcing BENENSON's right arm behind his back in a hammer lock. BENENSON dropped the bag of groceries he carried in that hand. The groceries. dropped to the ground without making any appreciable loud noise or any noise of glass breaking, although he did receive the impression the bag broke, The individual who had BENENSON in the hammer lock -and the others attempted to force BENENSON into the back seat ; Of the car, which attempts BENENSON at first resisted. AS a a result of his resistance, one of the females instructed the on, other female to hit him over the head. BENENSON could not i+. x@call the exact words used. The second female did in fact “is cishit him on the top of the head approximately three times ose. with a blunt object of some kind. The blows did not hurt s -him badly. BENENSON believed that the female who first . accosted him and pointed the gun at him was the one who gave the instructions to the seond female to hit him over the head. At approximately this time the car keys were wrestled away from BENINSON. The latter female, after striking those blows, went over to the car door which she eventually was able to open. BENENSON noted that the door was not locked on the driver's side. However, the female who went to open the Goor apparently thought it was locked. She fumbled with the door for a few seconds and possibly locked the door and ‘then had to unlock it. . ~ Once the second female did open the car door, a _ She pushed the front seat forward and the above individuals. ‘. attempted to force BENENSON into the back seat.
