Mailed this letter the morn- ing of 2/19/7 ions except to add 8¢ worth d made no alt of postage. could not recall to w letter was addressed but knew it was not the Harrises. added that the Phone call received from William Harris out 6:00 p.m., 2/18/74, and he heard William respond to the operator's request . tothe effect that he would have to get some additional change. The call was disconnected and William then called back within approximately ten minutes. In this regard, on 2/26/74, recontacted and offered full cooperatij agreed to request
