He stated he was in fairly close contact with inmate DE FREEZE during a two or three month period, and on many occasions had conversations with this individual. He stated he felt he could recognize DE FREEZE's voice should he hear it. ’ Two extortion tape recordings were played = qua and he was unable to positively identify any eee ne neard on the two tape recordings. He stated that the male voice identifying himself on both tapes as CINQUE, verv closely resembles pronunciations and the sound of the voice of DONALD DE FREEZE. However, he stated he was unable to positively say that the voice he was hearing on the tapes — is that of DONALD DAVID DE FRREZE.
