werts Tormer inmate PONALD DAVID DE FREEZE. He stated
that he dealt with this individual on a correctional officer-
inmate level during the three or four months that DF FREEZE
was incarcerated at CTF. He stated he had many occasions
to talk with this individual either on a personal basis or
on the basis of admonishing this individual for some infaction
of the rules. He found DE FREEZE to be very intelligent and
extremely con-wise. He stated DE FREEZE was always busy °
studyine different lanpuages, especially Thi. He stated
DE FREEZE had a habit of changing his voice to include different
accents. He stated DE FREEZE would talk to other inmates
around him and would be conversing in an English sounding
accent or some other foreign sounding accent, and when any
- officer would pass by, DE FREEZE would change the accent to
- speak in a normal accent known to American Negros. —_
informed that DE FREEZE also utilized his normal to ~
Speech and accent when speaking to Correctional Officers or
Prison Administration.
He personally always felt that DE FREEZE was
attemntine to impress his fellow inmates with high
