Source was shown a photograph of JAY
WEINER, white male, date of birth July 2, 1954. Source
identified this photograph as being a friend of the
person who is referred to as JAY WEINER, an associate of
JACK SCOTT. He pointed cut; howaver, that the photograph
was obviously taken soma years ago.
The source was shown a photograph of PAUL HOCH,
Gate of birth September 3, 1942. The source advised that
this photograph is a photograph taken at an earlier date
of the individual he knows as PAUL HOCH, who is a®
associate of JACK SCOTT.
The source was questioned as to his knowledge of ”
anyone connected with JACK SCOTT in the Vancouver, British
Columbia area of Canada. The source advised that Vancouver
is significant with regard to JACK SCOTT's associates.
JACK SCOTT has - - e& Jong time friend named ERNEST
BECKER who formarly was a professor at Syracuse Universitys:
Source sdvised that he thinks BECKER is bleck but he is..not
Sure of this and has neve> scen BECKER. BECKER exarted
an extremsly radical influence on JACK SCOTT when he was
attending Syracuse Univarsity. BECKER was later dismissed
from Syracuse University over his radical activities.
BECKER was married to a women the source thinks may
be named SUSTINE, race unknown. The last time the source
knew anything «bout BECKER he was dying of terminal cancer
approximately 1 1/2 years ago and living in Vancouver, of
British Cadumbia. JACK SCOTT has maintained an excellent
close friendshiy, with BECKER over the years and is also
very friendly with BECKER's wife. The source advised that
- although ERNEST BECKER may now “be dead, his wife shares
his radical ideas and .is ciose enough to JACK SCOTT that
he might turn to her for assistance aven in concealing
fugitives,
The source advised that JACK SCOTT hes intensive
feelings for BECKER and was most distressed when he discovered
BECKER was dying. At times he considered moving to Vancouver, -
British Columbia, to help BECKER's wife at the time he would
pass away. Source advised that following BECKER's termination .
