WEINER stated he would appear at the FGJ in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on March 13, 1975, lie stated he was considering a discussion of his involvement in the PATRICIA HEARST matter with the FBI, but he desired to ask the interviewing Agents some questions before he decided to furnish any information, The interviewing Agents suggested that the intervies, be continued in the office of the Oberlin College (0C) Securit; Director located in OC Service Building. WEINER agreed to : this and voluntarily traveled to the above office in his personal vehicle. The interview resumed with WEINER briefly asking the apents their aim in desiring a full and candid interview with him. The interviewing Agents explained to WEINER that the FBI had a responsibility to locate Federal fugitives 7 PATRICIA HEARST, WILLIAM HARRIS, and EMILY HARRIS. and to obtzéin evidence concerning persons who knowingly harbored these. fugitives. j At this point, WEINER stated he was ready to furnis!_ information concerning his total invelvement in the PATRICIA © HEARST matter. WEINER was furnished an "Interrogation; Advice of Rights" Form, which he read, stated he understood his rights fully, and he desired to waive his rights during the interview.
