On February 25, 1975, SCOTT called WHINE! in Philadelphia and stated that the FBI was probably talking to SCOTT's friends and that WEINER should advise SCOTT if the FBI comes to see him. On January 27, 1975, WEINER recalled that the PAl . i ' had attempted to interview him in Philadelphia, and WRINE) then called JOUN J. SCOTT in Las Vegas, Nevada, in an attempt { to locate JACK SCOTT, JOHN J. SCOTT told WEINER he dic not know where JACK was. JOHN J, SCOTT told WEINER he would call him from a pay telephone in a half hour, and JOHN J. SCOTT hung up on WEINER, JOHN J. SCOTT subsequently called WEINE: in about a half hour and stated that he, JOHN J. S€OTT, had been subpoenaed to a Federal Grand Jury but that he gave the FBI a hard time. JOHN J. SCOTT gave WEINER the pay telephone station telephone number in Las Vegas and the code ! name PETER DOYLE. WEINER destroyed this pay telephone station ; telephone number after the FBI came to reinterview him in : Philadelphia, and he did not know whether the code name PETE DOYLE was to be his name or the name of the person he was to ask for. ~~ , On tarch |, 1975, MICKI SCOTT called LINE: in Philadelphia and told WEINER that the FBI was hassling hi» because WEINER had visited WILLY BRANDT in Soledad }rison. “ICKI SCOTT stated that all the "people’'were seeing attorneys.
