~~ in Mel's Sporting Goods Store, where he is employed: _
At approximately 4:10 p.m., a white male and white
' female entered the store and began browsing around, SHEPARD
first observed the couple near the south wall of the store,
After picking up several items the male left the female and.

Pet SHEPARD, who described himself as the manager of the athletic
