The van turned south on Wilton Place and proceeded
to 115th Street and turned left and proceeded to Ruthelen and
turned south, The van stopped at about the 11600 block of
Ruthelen and SHEPARD stopped about an eighth of a mile back
and observed the driver get out of the van and foree a black
couple in their mid thirties out of their: ‘vehicle, a yellow

SHEPARD followed them for a quarter of a mile and -
stopped and entercd a house on the corner and called the Ingle-

ear and Inglewood Police ear arrived. He talked to officers from
both agencies and then started on his way back’ to the store,

vehicle commandeered from the black couple parked at the inter-
