WILLIAM HARRIS said they were fighting to survive and could not be concerned with individuals such as SUTTER, Shortly after WILLIAM HARRIS joined the group he told SUTTER they would only keep his car for a couple of hours, When they were through with it, they would call some- one to come and release SUTTER, SUTTER, when asked for his telephone numbers, volunterily provided both his home and business numbers, thinking that someone would be at one of these locations. As he spoke, female number two wrote the numbers on a vackage of what appeared to be folded papers approximately four inches by two inches and one half an inch thich. SUPTER instructed each of the girls how to operate the electric seats ond had them move both front bucket seats in the full forverd position, He then laid on his stomach on the floor and WILLTAM HARRIS covered him with the previously descrivedad rose colored blanket, WILLIAM HARRIS, who was sitting on the right side of the back seat, swung around and put his feet on the seat, Just before SUPTER moved to the floor he noticed that WILLIAM HARRIS had a want ad seetion of a newspaper (possibly ‘the "Los Angeles Times") Laylng beside him.
