When they arrived at the property, they observed a white male in his early twenties installing a heavy security- type lock on the front door of the residence. This lock was the type security lock requiring a key both to enter and exit the house. The MAZZARIELLOs described this white male as being in his early twenties, 5'6", heavy, curly, dark blonde hair, blonde, bushy mustache and wearing mod glasses. TONI WILSON introduced this male individual by name as her boyfriend, however, ould not recall the name. TONUI stated that they would furnish a key to or the new lock. stated he never received the key. WILSON and JACKSON explained that they were having the security lock installed because they had never lived in a-house, had always lived in an apartment and felt the need for greater security.
