Noguchi, M.D., Chief Medical Examiner-Coroner, County of Los Angeles. This report contains the results of the investigation conducted regarding the circumstances surrounding the death cf six members of the Symbionese Liberation Army. The following is a synopsis of the results of the individual autopsies performed: (1) Wancy Ling Perry, cause of death, multiple gunshot wounds. Perry received seven gunshot wounds, three of which are listed as fatal, one of which potentially fatal ana three shown as nonfatal. (2) Angela Atwood, cause of death, thermal burns 7 and smoke inhalation. (3) William Lawton Wolfe, cause of death, smoke inhalation and extensive burns. (4) Conald DeFreeze, cause of death, gunshot wound through the head. The report shows DeFreeze received two gunshot wounds, one of which was to the head and fatal, the other to left chest wall which is shown as nonfatal. of interest, an old bullet was recovered from the right thigh. (5) Patricia Soltysik, cause of death, extensive burns, smoke inhalation and gunshot wounds.
