Bates to Gebhardt Memorandum RE: HEARNAP ad It is noted that on all six autopsies there was regative finding of any drugs such as morphine, codeine, barbiturates and also there was no finding of “tear gas" in * _ the bodies. Additional scientific investigations and laboratory testing are still being conductec in various phases. The results will be reported in Part II. The modes of death will not be determined until completion of the additional studies.
