7-1304 — Atlanta Division is holding a series of law enforcement conferences in seven principal cities covered by the Atlanta Division regarding kidnaping and hostage situations. These conferences will be attended by law enforcement officials and officers within these cities and the surrounding territories and during these conferences considerable information is to be made available regarding captioned matter and soliciting aid and assistance in the prompt solution and location of subjects. Atlanta Division has requested additional cote of Wanted Flyer 475A and upon receipt will continue implementation of instructions contained in referenced communications. Atlanta will continue to contact extremeist, security, and criminal informants for informa- tion regarding subjects. SAC and ASAC, in speeches before various civic groups in the coming month, will stress, where applicable, the public support and cooperation in obtaining information of value concerning subjects.
