The Hearnan ‘case was discussed by an Agent of the Omaha Office before tha convention for thirty minutes, and Wanted Flye~ 475A, as weld: as FBI Police Bulletin, Volume II, Numper 8, dated 10/4/74, was furnished to each officer in attendance, On 10/22/74, Police Officers Association of Nebrashke held their annual convention in Kearney, Nebraska, attended by 147 officers from throushout the State of Nebraska. The Hearnap case was thorouchly revieved during the convention on 19/22/74, and Wanted Flyer 475A, as weli as FBI Police Bulletin nentioned above, was distributed to each office: in attendance, Officers in attendance from Sidney, North Platte, Lincoln, Bellevue, Grand Island, Hastings, Holdrege, Lexington, Norfolk, Ogallala, Scottsbluff, Chadron, and Colunbus, Nebrasla, took sufficient copies of Wanted Flyer 475A for each officer in their respective devartnents, Fifteen hundred copies of FBI Folice Bulletin, Volune II, Number 3, dated 10/4/74, was obtained from the Bureau, and furnished to the Nebraska State Patrol (NSF). A copy of said bulletin was placed in the NSP bulletin, on 10/22/74. WSP mailed 1500 copies of their bulletin, inc ludins TBI Police Bulletin, to each and every law enforcement agency throughout the entire State of Nebraska.
