The Nebraska Sheriff's Association Convention will
be held on 11/18/74, at Ogallala, Nebraska. The Hearnap
case will be discussed with the Nebraska sheriffs at this
convention, and Wanted Flyers and FBI Police Bulletin,
‘Volume II, Number 8, will be furnished to each and every
deputy and deouty sheriff in attendance. It is anticipated
that arproximately 125-140 sheriffs and demty sheriffs will
be in attendance, —
