LS f-1263 By memo of 10/17/74 to all SRAs, ten separate toll roa 4th designated toll stations were identified as 5 being in operation in Kentucky, along with toll bridges over the Ohio and Big Sandy Rivers located in the northern and eastern parts of the state. Five separate information-rest type facilities located along interstates and parkways in the state wrere trained travel specialists are on duty during the peak travel hours were identified with instructions for agents - assigned to these designated areas covering these facilities to furnish copies of the wanted fliers. ~ r By memo of 10/30/74 all SRAs were instructed to contact social service’ type organizations in thar respective territories. All such contacts were also accomplished at the Louisville headquarters. All axtremist and security informants, along with criminal informants and PCIs have been or are being contacted in connection with this progran. A record of the specific contacts made in each of the above designated categories is being maintainec in the Louisville case file. . On 10/8 and 9/74 drivers license checks at the Division of Driver's Licensing, Frankfort, Kentucky, were negative against the names of all of these subjects and their known aliases, It will be noted that the State of Kentucky. does not maintain an alphabetical registry of automobile ° owners. In order to cneck the State of Kentucky records of motor vehicle registrations, it is required that there be , available a specific driver's license number or the VIN of ° a particular vehicle. In addition, on 10/8/74, the records of the Identification Unit of the Bureau of State Police were found to be negative under the true names and known aliases of all these subjects. Stops are already maintained with this agency ardinst the names of the subjects. Moreover, birth records at the Department ot Health, Frankfort, Kentucky, do not indicate 7 any child was born to either female subject in this sniper.
