On 11/19/74 a possibility of dissemination of captioned wanted flyer was discussed with Lieutenant R. BANNISTER, Flint, Michigan, Police Department, and current Wational Secretary, FOP. BANNISTER advised that he would. \ fully cooperate in the circularization of any information . tirvough the FOP National Journal concerning wanted subjects in this case. Upon review of FBI Police Bulletin, 10/4/74, \ RANNISTER advised that it would be considerably easier for -him to reproduce the information on the front of this bulle- tin andthe information on the back of the bulletin than it would be to furnish a copy of the wanted flyer to the re-~ cipients of their National Journal. BANNISTER advised that tHe information appearing on the front and back of the FBI Police Bulletin, 10/4/74, would be added as two pages to ne circularization warrant flyer 4/54, 9/25/74 = | | | the January issue of the FOP Wational Journal, BANNISTER will be advised to proceed with his plans of inclusion of this information in the January issue of the FOP National Journal UACB.
