PHILIP SCHINNICK was identified by WALTER SCOTT as an Glympic broadjumper. He became soquainted with JACK SOTT while they attended Graduate School. He had national class ranking in broadjump. He is also reportedly connected or has in the past been connected with the Rutgers University in New Jersey. SCHINNICK was identified by JACK SCOTT as having @riven WILLIAM and EMILY HARRIS from the West Coast to the East Coast of the United 3t tates.
