SYMBIONSSE FEDERATION - The Symbionese Federation is a UNITED FRONT of many races, peoples, organizations and socialist political parties who have joined together to liquidate the common enemy and to struggle for Freedom, Self-Determination and Independence. The Symbioness Federation is not a party. Rather, it is a mechanism to UNITE REVOLUTIONARY PEOPLES TO FIGHT ana destroy the capitalist ruling class of the Fascist United Staten of Amerikkka. Historically, revolutionaries have not been able to unite to fight together because of different ideologies and beliefe and because of a lack of trust that all will continue the fight until the most oppressed are free. Yet, we of the Syubionese Federation and the Symbionese Liberation Army see that in order to end the mrder, oppression and exploitation of all our people and children, all races and peoples must join in a united front to overthrow this fascist corporate nilitary dictatorship. The Symbionese Federation is not a government. Rather, it is a mechanism to ensure the freedom of all races and peoples and DEFEND THEIR RIGHT TO SELF-DETERMINATION. If any race or people feela that their interests can be served best by devel- oping separately and independently from other races and peoples, the Symbionese Federation will ensure their right to create their own government, that 14s, their own nation. The Symbionese Federation 1s the mechanism to unite these governments and pre- governments of separate nations so that cooperation between nations can be established to form defense pacts and trade agreements, share natural resources, and to assiat in growth and development for the full and mutual benefit of all the nations within the Symbionese Federation. We of the Symbionese Federation and the Symbionese Liberation Army have united under Black ond minority leader- ship knowing that these revolutionaries of the most oppressed races and peoples will ensure that our fight will never stop short of gaining total freedon for all people. We know also that Black and other Third World comrades oan best lead the relentless struggle to eliminate racism now, and in the bitiide ing of future nations and governments. We understand that raciam is a sickness and outgrowth of capitalist oppression and will never be eliminated until all aspects of capitalism and its anti-human value systema are destroyed.
