This information was subsequently changed according to New York teletype dated February 27, 1948. Their new departure date was to be March l, 1948," on T. W. A. Flight 922. . The Los Angeles Times dated February 28, 1948, carried the informa- tion that the bank account, bonds and furniture belonging to the Subject and his wife had been attached under a lien filed by the Federal government to satisfy an income tax claim. This fact was verified a The New York Office advised the Bureau and Los Angeles by teletype. dated March 26, 1948, that BISLER and his wife departed for Vienna, Austria, via Pan American Airways at 4:00 pem., that date. Inasmch as no further investigation remains to be conducted and in view of the fact that EISLER has departed trom the United States, this case is being closed. -~ CLOSED =
