Louwage, Inspector General of the Belgian Security of State, » Permanent Recorder of the Ainternational Commission of Chiefs of Police, in which the Colonel mentions the convention called for that organization on June 3, 1946, at Brussels, Belgium. Yon inquired as to whether we- have received an official invitation to attend that convention. \\ There is no record of receipt of an official invitation by the rureau as yet. Legal Attache John A.
