She stated that this request was predicated on a letter from the U. S. Senate Coen- mittee on Post Offtce and Ciuvtl Service which had been sent to ail Departments on the matter of Leave and which, besides soliciting the independent suggestions of the Departments for the improvement of the Leave Systew, requested to be adutsed of the amount of sick and annual leave taken by the aduintstrators, assiste ant administrators, and secretaries of the vartous de~ partments.
