The Marquis Editors have been busy for over three years preparing another unique American reference book for series publication as a com- panion volume to “Who's Who in America” The compilation of this new book—WHo KNnows—AnpD Wuat: Amonc AtTHORITIES, EXPERTS AND THE SpeciaLLty INFoRMED—is now completed. It is a useful, practical reference tool which “keys” 16,000 knowers to over 30,000 subjects of enquiry by means of the novel method illustrated opposite. It supplies rapid finger-tip service to the consultant seeking not only who knows about what and why they know, but where they are. Its reference essentiality is as a result obvious—in office and home; in public, private, institutional, commercial and specialized hibraries—to editors, educators, writers, business- men, researchers, officials—and to all the knowers in the specialisms covered, themselves.
