Following the formation of the Women's Peace Party an international congress of women was held at The Hague on April 25, 1915, Mies Addams attending thie Conference with about 40 women from the United States. In danuary 1916 there was held in Washington, & meeting of members of the Internationel Congress of Women at — which it was decided that the Women's Peace Party should become the United States Section of the Women's Inter-
