Carmen's Wholesale Tires (CWT), 1801 Bedford Avenue, Johnstown,
PA erformed_an oil change on a 1983 Ford Ranger truck owned by

engine. Initially, CWT admitted their mistake and attempted to
locate a used replacement engine, without submitting an insurance
claim. by after failing to locate a used engine and the
