Every human and constitutional right has been trampled upon and taken away, except my right to life; and that is in serious jeopardy. Laws are supposed to be a restraint on government and people. Our country should be law, not men. I was falsely represented by the police who coerced and concocted a false arrest and imprisonment. I was convicted under false pretenses. Congressman Murtha, a murdering scum bag, used undo influence to manipulate all these things. The murdering scum bag used the power of his office to commit horrendous crimes against me, as well as others. The scum bag stole my military records, and used tax payer money to investigate my whole life in an attempt to get something on me; and used false charges to justify it. I was the murdering scum bag’s political opponent. He got me convicted of threatening to kill him. I never called the scum bag and threatened him, wrote to the scum bag and threatened him, nor did I ever go see the scum bag and threaten him. I have lost my right to vote and hold public office. My right to privacy has been taken away from me; to be left alone! My right to full enjoyment of my property has been taken away from me! Congressman scum bag Murtha stole my redevelopment plans and sabotaged my truck and my business. Congressman scum bag Murtha used the police like the Gestapo; and the military like the SS. My name and reputation have been destroyed. I was denied due process and equal protection under the law. I suffered cruel and unusual punishment and still do suffer. My freedom of movement has been denied me. My right to work; my right to pursuit of happiness; all denied because of a malicious prosecution and abuse of process; simply because I wanted to help my town. I’ve been convicted in State Court and Federal Court for making a threat over the phone in a single phone call to an insurance man. I only threatened to defend tayself, my property, and my friends, as well as my human and constitutional rights. It was necessary. I was under duress. I was under attack by my congressman; and I tried every avenue of legal means to get help. I called local police and detectives, the PA State police, FBI, local media, Roll Call newspaper, and many others. All to no avail. I posed no immediate threat to anyone. There was no criminal intent to commit a crime. Indeed, I said what I said out of necessity to prevent a crime; to protect others, to defend my life and the lives of others, to defend my property under duress. All evidence that would have gone to my aquittal was suppressed. I was put in a nut house by the police; stripped naked by the police; strapped down by the police, not hospital personnel. All this was done while I was being kind, polite, courteous, quiet, never disorderly, or mentally incompetent. I’ve been financially tuined. I’m not allowed to work or move about freely. I need a man of integrity to stand up in our government and come to my defense. I was arraigned by a Federal magistrate with false evidence. Indicted by a grand jury on created evidence. Tried in front of a Federal judge who, even though I was convicted, refuses to put me in jail. A man of integrity, truly, truly, truly. I was prosecuted by a Federal prosecutor, defended by a Federal public defender. Same thing happened on a state level.. I has been an atrocious, atrocious, atrocious, shocking miscarriage of justice! All to protect a cold blooded murdering, scum bag congressman. I was convicted in Federal and State Court for the same phone call. Somebody said I said something. Somebody said I was going to shoot somebody. I don’t even own a gun. Now my government wants to kill me; to shut me up and cover their sins. All to protect a murderer and a terrorist scum bag congressman. My friends continue to be harassed, assulted, arrested, and intimidated. The local media is either scared or they have become perverted. I only wanted to help my town, I’ve committed no crime. Nothing can justify what I have suffered. What I did was Unchristian at worst.
