While this was going on, my best friend’s vehicle was also being messed with because he was trying to help me financially. Clearly, the objective was to ruin me. One day, his wife and young daughter, went to a convenience store to get milk and cereal for the next day. While at the convenience store, they were accosted by two black males in a car driven by a white female with blonde hair. The two black males were named | After threatening my friend’s wife, she and her daughter sped oif for home pursued by these people. When she arrived home, she thought better than to go into the house because she did not want these people to know where she lived. Instead she went to the Richland Township Police Dept., still being pursued by these people. Once at the police department, she ran through an open door. Her daughter stayed in the car, and hid. She also got a license plate number from the vehicle that was following them. Inside the police department, my friend’s wife came upon three men in plain clothes playing chess. She informed them two black men were chasing her and threatening her and her daughter. At that moment, the black men approached her and bounced her head off the wall. When she asked the officers, they told her to go to the pay phone and call the 1-800 non-emergency number. After they let her go, she yelled an obscenity at everyone as she was leaving. They got in their cars and chased her again. She drove erratically trying to get pulled over by the police. She became boxed in at a red light. The black men got out of their car, approached her, and began to punch her in the head and in the face. She then went to the hospital for treatment. The Richland police refused to take a report. So, while at the hospital, they cailed the television stations, Channel 8, WWCP, a Fox affiliate. The police then came and took a report, and were given the license plate number. The police informed my friend’s wife that they had a name to go with the license plate. The person would be arrested and my friend would be informed of the court date. Two months went by, and she didn’t hear anything. She called the Magistrate Pavlovich’s office inquiring about a court date. She was informed that the charges were dismissed against the perpatrator because she didn’t show for the hearing. She then informed the magistrate that she never got a notice for the hearing. The incident was also omitted from the crime report in the local newspaper. The magistrate always calls the victim if they don’t show up for the hearing, to make sure that they were not too intimidated to show up; and to make sure that they got a notice of the hearing. This wasn’t done, in this case. I clearly saw this as case of intimidation of my friends to separate me and isolate me from any support. During the course of these events, I had called numerous people looking for help. I called Channel 6, WJAC TV, Channel 8, WWCP, local police, state police, county detectives, FBI, and others. They all told me “what can I do, arrest a congressmen.
