Reference is made to the report of Special Agent W. F. Treinor, dated Kansas City, Missouri, July 3, 1933, and to the memrandum prepared by Special Agent H. E. Anderson, which 4s quoted, beginning on page 15 in the ssid report. Under instructions fran the Kansae City Office, cfal Agen R. Agents called to see Brad Smith, the same evening, and the latter promised to cooperate in every way possible.
