Martin was connected with Fred Martin, who is suspected of relaying mail to Mre. Mattie Bailey, wife of Fugitive Bailey. SAC Purvis advises that Fadley F. Kartin is a brother of Fred Lartin. Consequently, the Bureau was telephoned regarding thie matter as it wae deexed advisable that all“information possible be obtained in Havana,Cuba, concerning this letter, as there is a possibility that it might be from the Fugitive Bailey.
