Frances°Nash. Mr. Madden filed a habeas corpue petition praying for the release of Frances Nash, alleging that there ise insufficient evidence to further hold her in the in- stant matter. The.petition was presented in open court on July 26, 1933, and Judze Otie teok same under advisement. He will rule on the petition within one or two days. 4t the present time, a resume of ail data in this case, which would be suitable for the United States Attorney and to be used by him in the preliminary heerings, scheduled for July Slet, is being prepared. In- formation which came through various confidential informants will, of course, be etated only in substance, and the source will not be referred to.
