Lonnie gave Nree Mblloy the Besenge for Millerg mown under the alias Mascon, Malloy now states that Mre. Molloy called "Masonte” residence in Keneas City, but “Mason” was not there, but she did telk to "Mrs. Mason” and gave her the messagee Thereafter Mulley sew "Masan" and esked hin if he got the Chicago cell and “Mason® replied that he had. Malloy now states that prior to 6168S other calle vere received at the Tavern for "Meson® one of which he recalls was from Chicago, the caller asking far the telephones number of “Mason® and he furnished it, He now atates that he does act recall the date nor does he recall who did the telking fram Chicego on that oecasion, It ie very eloar thet Malloy is seeking et this time to evade the effect of his former statement as clearly appears on ' pege 17 of the report dated at Kansas City, 7=21-35_ hie is probably due to the fact that he is now aware of the arreat of Stacci in Chicago.
