One Police Officer states posi- tively he sav “Pretty Boy" Floyd eating at a restaurant at linterey the morn- ing of October 18th, and further they had information he was going to contact @ relative, who lives about tvo miles fran Monterey, and vould no doubt stop there that night. ans Ve endeavored to confim the fact that Floyd had been at Monterey.
