Agent Michols advised that the men next to the door in 207 left the apartment at exactiy the time I notified Agent Guinan that the man was MILLER, although agent Nichols did not hear that I had identified MILLER at the time he (NICEOLS) left the apartmant because of the fact that the confusion at the door prevented his hearing my statement to Guinan, who ms et the rear of the group of men assembled at the door.
